Add On Treatments

As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered too. For both single treatments and spa days, treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so not to inconvenience other guests. Please allow plenty of time to get to your treatment waiting lounge where you can relax before the treatment ahead and where your therapist will come and greet you.

On completion of the treatment, your therapist will leave you to re-awaken to the world. Your therapist will then advise you on any homecare advice she believes will enhance the benefits of your treatment.

Please see below for useful tips and advice on the Pampering Hand Therapy treatment:

• This treatment will be added at the end of your full time treatment
• After the treatment, please avoid all heat and water facilities for at least one hour and drink plenty of water.

This add-on treatment can be included within any treatment with the exception of:

• Luxury Jessica Manicure • Anti-Ageing Hand Rescue • Express Manicure • Luxury Jessica Pedicure • Perfectly Polished Pedicure • Express Pedicure • Soothing Thai Foot Treat • Hammam Rasul • Thai Ritual • Herbal Thai Ritual • Serenity Dreamtime Float • Calming Dry Floatation • Nourishing Kyphi Floatation • Kyphi Hot Sugar Scrub • Exfoliation Salt Scrub • Prescription Body Polish • La Saltane Renewing Rose Ritual • Detoxifying Mud Wrap

The Sanctuary recommends guests who are pregnant or suffer from the following conditions do not have the Pampering Hand Therapy treatment:

• Heat sensitive skins
• Any open wounds or cuts in area to be treated
• Recent operations (6mths), bruising in the area to be treated
• Contagious skin diseases
• Sun burned skin
• Cancer and remission within 6 months
• Any recent injuries or accidents in the area to be treated.
• Diabetes

All treatments are subject to a completed medical questionnaire at the spa. If you have any questions or discover you have any of the above after making your booking, please call our Reservations team who will be happy to arrange alternative treatments if necessary.

The following Sanctuary products are used in this treatment:

• Massage and Body Oil
• Mum to Be Stretch Mark Oil

• Recent Scar Tissue
• Acute Inflammation
• Tumours/Unrecognised Lumps
• Neuritis/Neuralgia
• Haemophilia
• Any Viral Infection eg Flu

• This treatment will be added at the end of your full time treatment

• The head massage is carried out without product.

• An application of Rasul mud is applied to the hair and scalp. You will leave with the mud on your hair in order to gain maximum benefits from this product. The mud must be washed off before entering any of the water facilities.

• Epilepsy
• Any neck or shoulder injuries
• Sun burned skin
• Cancer and treatment for cancer (need to be in remission for 6 months unless Dr's permission is given)
• Any recent injuries or accidents
• Contagious and Circulatory Diseases
