Spa Attendant
We require a Spa Attendant to work in our pool and lounge areas. You will ensure the pools are guarded throughout opening times along with maintaining records of up-to-date temperature readings, pool tests and incident report forms. You will also be required to assist our guests around the lounge areas of the Spa. Flexibility is required as you will be working on a shift rota. Ideally you will hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification and although not essential, previous experience as a Lifeguard would be desirable.

Retail Assistant
We require Retail Assistant’s to provide advice and excellent customer service to all our guests. You will be set targets which you will be expected to reach and exceed so previous experience of retail would be an advantage. More importantly is the ability to work as part of a team and to have a friendly but professional personality. Various hours are available and weekend work is included in the shift patterns.

Massage Therapists
You will be part of a motivated and highly trained team providing a wide range of treatments, many of them using The Sanctuary’s own range. You will need to be a minimum of NVQ Level III qualified, ITEC or equivalent.
High standards are required, not only in technical skills, but in personal presentation and the way you communicate with guests. Our reputation is built on outstanding service as well as quality treatments and so you will need to be dedicated and committed to your profession to join the team.
(28 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends).

Training Manager
A truly fantastic opportunity has arisen, this is an ideal challenge for someone who wants to grow professionally. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen with at least 3 or more years experience in a commercial spa environment. You will need to be a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with a passion for the beauty industry. An ability to lead, motivate and develop the team is a must.
