Customer Care at The Sanctuary

We love to hear from you from time to time, whether its suggestions on how we can improve our products or telling us the things that you really love about The Sanctuary.

At The Sanctuary we believe in a personable service, we take great pride in getting back to each and every letter or email that comes through within 5 days of us receiving it.

Some companies believe in sending out standard response letter’s, however we believe a more personal approach is much more beneficial to both you and us.

This is where Hannah Anthony comes in. Hannah has worked for The Sanctuary as our Product Customer Care Assistant for 2 years and handles all our customer care needs.

A typical day for Hannah involves answering customer calls and letters on anything from where to buy our products to what to do if you need to send a product back. For Hannah there is no query too big or too small, simply email, call or send a good old fashioned letter and she will be happy to help.

“As you can imagine, being the main customer contact for The Sanctuary, in terms of our products, I hear a wide range of feedback from customers. I’m passionate about our products and so I love the fact that I have an opportunity to hear everyone’s point of view and help on any questions or comments they may have. I love to make a difference to someone’s day, answering letters, phone calls and emails. No letter, email or phone call is the same so there’s never a dull moment.”

Hi i was wondering if you could help i bought your products for a friend she know has become a mom to be and know the products has not agreed with her skin .I was wondering if your mom to be range differs to your other products and do you think she would be better with the mom to be range. thanks

  2. Hannah March 30, 2009 at 11:21 am #

    Dear Lisa

    Thank you for your email.

The Sanctuary Spa Mum-to-be range has been created especially for the needs of the mum to be. For this reason it does differ slightly from our Spa Essentials range.

The ingredients are all safe for pregnant women and any essential oils are at levels that perfectly safe, but still very effective and beneficial
A mum to be friendly version of the Sanctuary fragrance has been used. There is reduced levels of allergens
All products have been user trialled on pregnant women
All products have been through toxicity testing to ensure their safety for pregnant women

We develop all our products with our therapists at The Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden to ensure our products are of professional standard, we also carefully choose ingredients for our formulations so they are of high quality and deliver real benefits to the skin. We always blind test our products on a range of women through independent trials to ensure we create products that customers will love.

As everybody’s’ skin is different there is always a chance that someone will have a reaction to a specific ingredient or that their skin will be particularly stressed and therefore more sensitive because of environmental or hormonal factors. Unfortunately it is impossible to produce a product that can be guaranteed as suitable for everyone all of the time.

However you can patch test the product before using all over the body. To do this you need to apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your arm (for body products) or behind your ear (for facial skin care products), and leave for 48 hours. If nothing is observed then the product should be fine to use all over.

In order to try the products first, you may be interested in either of our Mum to be Gift Sets. The first is our Mum to be Pure Pamper Bag and comes in a cute re-useable bag with mini Shower Oil, Body Butter and Bath Soak. This is £11.74. The second, our Mum to be Hatbox, comes with these 3 mini Mum to be products, plus a mini Stetch Mark Oil and an eye mask, for £15.66.

All of these products can be viewed and purchased online. To view online please click the link below.
    http://www.thesanctuary.co.uk/mum-to-be.htm

I hope this helps and, if you do decide to buy some products from our Mum to be range for your friend, I hope she finds she enjoys using the products.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any queries.

    With kindest regards,

    Hannah Anthony
    Product Assistant

    Hi Natasha,
I have been purchasing the Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion (with Ginger Extract and Essential Oils) at Target in the U.S., but it seems they are not carrying it anymore. Do you have another company in the US I could purchase from? Also, I read about the new line of fragrances the company is launching. Would the “Classic” scent be the same scent has the body lotion described above? LOVE IT!

    Thanks,
    Kerry

    • NPayne August 18, 2009 at 3:35 pm #

      Hi Kerry,

Unfortunately we’re not distributing in the US at the moment although there are plans to find a new retailer. You can purchase your fav Sanctuary goodies online, feel free to contact our mail order department for information on P&P +44 01442 430 334 or mailorder@thesanctuary.co.uk.
The new line of fragrances which are launching do include the ‘Classsic’ Sanctuary fragrance, this is curently available now http://www.thesanctuary.co.uk/classic-eau-de-toilette-details.htm and you’re spot on in saying its our signature scent!

    • Natasha Payne November 17, 2009 at 10:54 am #

      Hi,

You can purchase the Rose Africology Serum from our spa in Covent Garden, London. Unfortunately we don’t sell this line of products on our own website but you can order this product from our spa over the phone 0207 420 5115.
It’s £37 for 25ml and would make a gorgeous gift for your daughter as its a really product which leaves your skin smelling divine and silky smooth.

      Hi Mark,

Unfortunately this whole range has been discontinued. I will investigate to see if we have any stok remaining at all that we could send you and come back to you.

      • Natasha Payne February 16, 2010 at 10:34 am #

        Hi Mark

    Hi
I am 35 weeks pregnant and received a gift set that includes sanctuary mandelular treatment set and another gift box that includes spa essentials body wash and float. Will they be okay for me to use as a mum to be?

    • Natasha Payne February 22, 2010 at 2:31 pm #

      Hi,

It’s probably wise to do a patch test before using these products as skin sensitivity can heighten during pregnancy.

      To do this you need to do the following;
Apply small amount of the product to area of skin (behind ear for facial skin care, inside of arm for body products).
      Leave for 48hours.
If no change is observed then the product should be fine to use all over.

If you’re worried at all about using the products due to having senstive skin then it’s probably best to save them for when you’ve finished your pregnancy so you can fully enjoy them.

I hope this helps, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

  11. Mariam February 23, 2010 at 6:33 pm #

Hi am usually happy with the products from Sanctuary but i went to purchase the Hot Sugar Scrub from Boots which was on offer if you spend £10 or more then you recieve a free gift set. Now i was quite disappointed because the Hot sugar scrub costs £9.99 and the cashier told me that i am unable to get the gift set because its not for £10! I tryed to look for something else to buy but didnt need anything and i only really needed to spend a penny more! Now quite frustrated i went for a face wash but was again told that i still dont qualify because its a miniture product and had to buy something big….after spending 20 minutes trying to look for another product in the end i just brought the Hot Sugar Scrub but without the free gift leaving the store very disappointed. I didnt think it was fair that i needed to spend another 5 or more pounds to receive the free gift.

    • Natasha Payne February 24, 2010 at 2:18 pm #

      Hi,

Apologies for the trouble you’ve had in trying to gain the free gift in Boots. Unfortunately Boots run their own independent offers which we don’t have control over.
As Boots is obviously a large organisation, they obviously have to set rules in place and apply them across all their stores which means if the offer is spend £10 then it would have to be that exact amount and not a penny under unfortunately.
We do run our own offers on our website which differ from those that run in Boots so its worth checking those out from titme to time to see if these suit you any better.
Hopefully your impression of The Sanctuary isn’t too tainted by your experience in your local Boots store.

Hi I had a sanctuary gift set purchased for me as a christmas gift,i liked all the products except the body lotion. which burnt my skin within seconds of putting on my body.I had to have a cold shower straight away to ease the redness and burning sensation. My daughters friend had a similar problem with the same product. The product contains ginger, jojoba and spices.Could you tell me if you have had any similar complaints. yours sincerely Tracy Williams

    • Natasha Payne February 25, 2010 at 3:57 pm #

      Hi Tracy,
The Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion contains ginger which stimulates blood flow in the skin, this is beneficial for the skins’ health and as a normal consequence of this it can lead to redness and a gentle tingling sensation, it should be exactly that however, gentle. Sometimes, people can have particular senstivity to ingredients and this can be heightened even further by various factors such as being pre-menstral.
We’re sorry to hear that you suffered any type of reaction from our products, we hope it doesn’t put you off using further Sanctuary products.

  14. Heather December 25, 2010 at 12:19 am #

I just googled to find if anyone else had suffered from the terrible burning sensation when applying your body lotion. I can honestly say I have never before had any sort of allergic reaction but this stuff had me in the bathroom half the night trying to cool down my legs and arms which were on fire and covered in a red rash. Awful stuff. It should have a warning on it!

    • Amisha Patel January 6, 2011 at 4:20 pm #

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear of your reaction to the Body Lotion. The Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion contains ginger which stimulates blood flow in the skin, this is beneficial for the skins’ health and as a normal consequence of this it can lead to redness and a gentle tingling sensation. It sounds as though your skin may be sensitive to the ginger in the formulation, which unfortunately can heighten the sensation. As an alternative, please may we recommend our Mande Lular Body Souffle? A light body moisturiser that provides excellent moisturisation and nourishment to the skin. It also contains Chamomile, which is known for its skin soothing properties.

    • jenna April 9, 2011 at 1:47 am #

I have just exfoliated with Sanctuary body wash and then moisturised with the body lotion from sanctuary. OMG burn burn burn! I am glad to know i am not the only one! The 2 came in a pack and the exfoliater didnt make me burn but my arms and legs are burning like mad, im not allergic to any product usually, i took a shower immediatly but is still burning, although my chest at the moment seems to be fine !HELP lol

      • Natasha Payne April 14, 2011 at 10:39 am #

Thank you for all your feedback on our Body Lotion. We wanted to let you know that as a direct response we are currently reveiewing the packaging for this product and will be highlighting the warning we already have on pack to ensure clear customer visibility of the possible tingling effects from the contained ingredients. (Do not use on sensitive skin. If tingling sensation persists, rinse off)
We pride ourselves on using natural, active ingredients in our formulations and we know that our best selling Body Lotion has a huge, loyal following who would be most unhappy if we changed their favourite formulation.

We have a wide range of body moistursiers, all of which are different in ingredients and texture for the very reason that not every product suits every person. We would love to give you the opportunity to try one of other body moisturisers, to do so simply contact Hannah Anthony in Customer Care 01442 430 367 and send in your body lotion or proof of purchase and we will be more than happy to send out an alternative moisturiser.

Hopefully you will see that we take all customer comments seriously (both good and bad), we thank you for taking the time to send in your feedback and we trust you’ll continue to enjoy other Sanctuary products in the future.

I have just used this and am burning all over! :(

my first expreriance with Thesanctuary products, a xmas gift from my aunt. Have to say its not a good one. Im in so much pain and a shower has not helped!

          • Natasha Payne April 26, 2011 at 11:05 am #

            Hi Charlene,
We apologise for any discomfort you may have experienced. As mentioned in pevious replies, the ginger in this product affects some people and not others. We sell thousands and thousands of Body Lotions every year and unfortunately some people have experienced discomfort when using this product. We take customer feeback very seriously and are looking into the issues raised. I hope the Body Lotion hasn’t clouded your judgement on the other Sanctuary products you’ve received in your Xmas gift set. If you still have the Body Lotion, please contact our customer care line as they will discuss sending you a replacement product.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and I received some of your products (facial in a box, face masks, hand creams, bath/shower lotions , night cream, day moisturiser, exfoliater) they are not part of the mom to be range…are they still safe to use during pregnancy??
    Thanks

    • Amisha Patel January 6, 2011 at 4:19 pm #

Thank you for your query and congratulations! I’m happy to confirm that our entire range of products is now suitable for use during pregnancy, including all products you listed above.

  16. sandra marshall December 29, 2010 at 10:48 pm #

Hi I too received lots os sanctuary gift sets for christmas and used the body lotion which instantly set my skin on fire and had to wash it off and use savlon to try and cool it down ,and am now worried about using the other products .

    • Amisha Patel January 6, 2011 at 4:21 pm #

      Hi Sandra,
I forwarded your comments onto our guru at Customer Care and this is her reply. I hope it helps!
We do not include ginger in any of our other products except the Mela Black Pepper & Ginger Body Scrub, which I would definitely recommend to avoid if you have ever experienced a reaction to the Body Lotion.

One way to try a product first before using all over is by patch testing. This is easy to do at home, all you need to do is apply small doses of the product to the inside of your arm/elbow as directed. Leave the product on for at least 24 hours. Check regularly to see if any irritation occurs, if so wash the area thoroughly. If there are no visible signs of allergic reactions once the 24 hours is up, then the product is most probably suitable for your skin.

  17. Nicky Nash January 15, 2011 at 4:45 am #

I have just spent the last 15 minutes in a cold shower to try and appease the awful, intense burning sensation I have all over my body after using the body lotion. I do not have sensitive skin and have never had any adverse reaction to any product – ever. My skin is still on fire, the customer service number is out of hours I am heading back into the shower. I will be throwing away both sanctuary sets I was given for Christmas.
    Nicky Nash

    • Amisha Patel January 18, 2011 at 2:34 pm #

      Hi there Nicky,
Sorry to hear you’ve suffered a reaction to our products, I’ve forwarded your comments onto our Customer Care department and hears what they have to say:
“Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear of your reaction to the Body Lotion. The Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion contains ginger which stimulates blood flow in the skin, this is beneficial for the skins’ health and as a normal consequence of this it can lead to redness and a gentle tingling sensation. I hope the above has helped, if you did want to chat it through with our Customer Care department the number is 01442 430 367.

  18. Laura January 17, 2011 at 2:55 pm #

Hi there – I wonder if you could help me. I had a really bad experience at a Sanctuary spa, but can’t find the customer services number for the spa brand… just for products. Could you point me in the right direction?
    Thanks.

  19. Laura January 28, 2011 at 9:56 am #

Hi Amisha, Thanks for getting back to me. I actually spoke to the manager on duty at the time and I didn’t feel they dealt with my concerns sufficiently. I think the number you have directed me to will take me back to that person. Is there a more centralised complaints number/centre? It was just so disappointing and ruined my mother’s birthday. Many thanks for your help.

    • Natasha Payne February 1, 2011 at 2:23 pm #

      Hi Laura,
Sorry to hear that the issues spoilt your day with us. If you wish to pursue the matter further you can contact our Guest Experience Operations Manager Vanessa Mitchell. Her email is vanessa.mitchell@thesanctuary.co.uk. I hope this helps.

  20. Penny Russell January 30, 2011 at 7:29 pm #

I too have just used the body lotion and am suffering the most terrible burning sensation on my legs. I’ve tried to wash off the lotion but it is continuing to be agony. This cannot be normal! I really don’t accept that I am overly sensitive – I have never had any problems with any other product.

    • Natasha Payne February 1, 2011 at 2:50 pm #

We take all comments from our customers seriously and any commnets (both good and bad) get passed on to our product development team. Unfortunately some people are more sceptical to ingredients such as Ginger than others. Your skin may not be sensitive in an overall sense but could be sensitive to this one particular ingredient. As advised in previous comments, our light Mande Lular Body Soufflé is probably more suitable for your type skin.
We constantly monitor and review our products and the Body Lotion is continually one of our top selling products and has a large fan base of customers who love it. Unfortunately our skin can just decide it doesn’t like a particular product when it works well for someone else.
If you believe your reaction needs to be discussed further please contact our Customer Care line on 01442 430 367 and our helpful team will be happy to discuss any issues you may have.

      • Alison Waters February 1, 2011 at 7:21 pm #

I too am burning all over after having applied your body lotion. The effect is extraordinary and very unpleasant. I have never before reacted in such a way to a beauty product and can’t accept that I am peculiarly susceptable to ginger – I peeled and chopped about a foot of the stuff yesterday for an Indian meal without any reaction. Could this be a duff batch of your lotion? If not, might I suggest a warning on the label.

  21. Heather February 1, 2011 at 8:45 pm #

Clearly this burning sensation is affecting a lot of people and we arent talking a mild tingle, but certainly in my case what felt like a bad dose of sun burn which lasted all night. I also threw away my Sanctuary products as per other people on here. The other point is, all of the people on here are, like me, not normally over sensitive to any skin products. Therefore I feel its a bit blase of you to just repeat the same message to each of us and advise us to use your souffle.

I have never been affected by any other skin lotions (and I actually test for Boots). Your product should be clearly labelled that it may have this very strong and unpleasant side affect.

  22. n mc February 19, 2011 at 11:58 pm #

hi i too have had the same awful reaction to the body lotion it is no coincidence that this is happening so many people here it s absolutely awful was on fire for hours and hours (all night) even after washing. disgraceful that this can be allowed to happen what use is saying everyones skin is different we spent money to buy these things. sanctuary spa have a duty of customer care and legal obligations over these sorts of things what good is sorry??

  23. Donna Alsop March 1, 2011 at 7:24 pm #

    Hello!

I have read through some of the comments made about your products. Please make it clear to your customers that your body lotion could have a uncomfortable burning sensation on them and to test it before all over use.

    Thank you.

    Regards

    Donna Alsop

  24. sally March 8, 2011 at 12:31 am #

I too was also bought 2 gift sets of sanctuary for Christmas which contain the body lotion.
Can i just add i have used sanctuary products before and never had a reaction like what ive had.
I dont consider myself as having sensitive skin, however within minutes of using the body lotion i got a terrible burning sensation not a tingling especially on my legs
My legs went bright red like i had been sunburnt so i had to jump in another bath and wash it all off.
Which then felt like i had been sunburnt.
I was wondering if something in the ingredients has changed as like i have said i have used sanctuary before with no problems. Or is this a bad batch it seems strange that quite a few people are all experiencing the same problem..

    • Natasha Payne March 9, 2011 at 5:38 pm #

      Hi Sally,
Thanks for getting in contact. I have asked Louise Moore, our Head of Product Development to come back to you on your issues:
“We take every customer concern about our products very seriously, whether it be positive or negative feedback or queries for more information. With regards to this particular product it is difficult to discuss individual cases in this forum but I wanted to provide some background information and of course would encourage each of you who have experienced a problem to contact our customer services advisor who can liaise with you on a personal basis. The Body Lotion is one of our original and best selling lines, it has been around for over 14 years selling in its millions and remains to this day, a customer favourite. I sympathise greatly with anyone that suffers a reaction to a product, especially a Sanctuary product, but in proportion to the amount of users of this product the incident rate of reaction remains extremely low. As has been previously stated the product does contain ginger, this is a common ingredient used in beauty products for its skin and circulation benefits leaving skin with a gentle warmth but as is its nature it can be skin sensitising if an individual has a specific sensitivity to this ingredient. We do have warnings on pack to suggest not to use if you have sensitive skin, not to use on face and to wash of immediately if tingling sensation persists. As with any product we can only advise that you do not use any body products with this ingredient in future. I too have suffered reactions to very well established best selling lines by other brands, and understand how frustrating it is, but it really is something that is unavoidable. Everyone’s skin is different, what works brilliantly for one person will bring someone else out in spots. If you contact our customer services and are happy to send back the product to us, we would be happy to check the production batch to ensure of no issues, but assuming all product is within specification then we would replace with another product of the same value. I hope this helps clarify the situation and that you continue to enjoy The Sanctuary”.

      • Natasha Payne March 15, 2011 at 1:43 pm #

As popular as the Body Lotion is for most of our customers, clearly there are a lot of you who the product doesn’t work for. We apologise to anyone who may have suffered a reaction to any of our products. As you can imagine it is difficult to discuss skin reactions via the blog, we don’t wish to generalise any reaction so as explained by Louise Moore, our Head of Product Development, our advise if you have suffered a reaction is to contact our Customer Care department.

Please contact Hannah Anthony in Customer Care directly on 01442 430 367 or hannah.anthony@thesanctuary.co.uk as she will be able to talk to you on a more personable level to investigate your symptoms and the product involved. Hannah is well trained in giving advise and talking customers through product aftercare, both good and bad, we always want to learn from comments from our customers and gain knowledge as to why some products work for some customers but not for others.
This direct contact route should allow any of you who have unfortunately suffered a skin reaction a faster, more direct approach to discussing your symptoms.

  25. Heather March 15, 2011 at 5:01 pm #

Thats very kind of her, but exactly what is there to discuss really? We used the product, it burnt us, we wont use the product again. Not a lot of advice other than that really is there?

  26. sally March 16, 2011 at 1:30 am #

I tried to contact Hannah Anthony as suggested however all i got was a answer machine.

    • Natasha Payne March 16, 2011 at 11:29 am #

      Hi Sally,
I have forwarded your message onto Hannah and she will be in contact with you today.

    • Natasha Payne March 16, 2011 at 5:11 pm #

      Hi Sally,
Hannah has gone through her messages and doesn’t seem to have a message from you so apologies for the mix-up. If you contact Hannah again, 01442 430 367 then hopefully your message will get through.

  27. Felicity April 14, 2011 at 8:46 am #

    Hi,

Some friends and I went to the spa in Covent Garden on Tuesday evening and had a terrible experience! Firstly there were mice running around the Koi Carp area where we were eating, which leads me to think that there are probably mice running around the area where our food was prepared….no one even came over to reassure us that it wasn’t the case. Secondly, my friend’s treatment room was moved without her being told, which made her late for her treatment so she then had to wait another 40 mins for her treatment.

    Thx,

    Felicity

      Hi Felicity,
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience at our spa. I believe our customer care team have been in touch regarding your day with us. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions regarding your previous visit.

I have just received a letter explaining that you charged £5 for the non return of my friend’s key at the end of our visit on Sunday 10 April.

We returned both keys at the end when we checked out, and I settled all additional expenses on my account. There was an error in this account, in which we were over charged for wine, and it took your staff rather a long time to resolve this, and I imagine they then forgot to record the return of my friend’s key. It is all rather shoddy given that we spent over £300 on the day.

I have tried to ring your colleague Rafaela Goes Luiz and went straight through to an ansaphone and she has not replied to my email. We enjoy our regular visits to the Sanctuary, but will consider alternatives if the relaxing experience is undermined by these kinds of errors. I am posting this message as it is not clear from your website how to contact customer service.

Hi, i wondered if The Sanctuary still produce the ‘Burning Oil’ for tea light burners? You used to be able to get them in three different fragrances. I have just about finished the last bottle and love the fragrance and would like to replace them.

    • Natasha Payne May 19, 2011 at 2:30 pm #

      Hi Mandy,
Unfortunately our Burning Oils have been discontinued for a while and we are completely out of stock. We currently have no plans to reintroduce these oils however I have recorded your query for our team to consider in the future.

As an alternative, I recommend our Fragrance Diffusers. These are bottles of fragranced oil which you leave open, with reeds placed in the bottle. The fragrance will travel up the reeds and into the room. With these diffusers, all you need to do is rotate the reeds every couple of weeks to release fresh fragrance. They come in 3 different fragrances. Check out our website to see the range. I hope this helps!

As suggested i tried contacting Hannah via email and telephone, however she never did respond.
As said in previous post you like to hear back from customers comments however obviously this is not the case.
Like many who have posted i experienced a terrible burning sensation and looked like i had been sunburnt using the sanctuary body lotion. I found this very unusual for me as i dont have sensitive skin and have used many different products but i never have had a reaction like this before.I feel customers who have this reaction should be given a full refund and to add to the label to first test this product as it may cause a reaction.

The body lotion has caused me extreme pain just what i wanted on my 18th birthday. Im burning all over dont ever use this. Im never touching any products from this range again!

      Hi Katy,
We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced discomfort. As explained this product contains Ginger which some people can be senstive too. We do have other products which don’t contain this ingredient so we hope you’ll give these a try in the future.
      Thanks,

Hi I had to google the sanctuary range and adverse effects.
Ive just applied the body lotion and im on fire ! My legs and arms and especially the bends in my knees and elbows are like an inferno. I absolutely love the smell but I cannot cope with this sensation. I do not have allergic reactions to anything and I believe there is an ingredient in this that is too powerful for our skin. Ive used numerous sanctuary products before and nothing ever has caused a problem. This needs looking into. Kind regards Gillian

    Dear Sanctuary,

I am 14 weeks pregnant and have your sea salt scrub, body scrub and body butter and wanted to check that the ingredients are safe to use whilst pregnant. I know you have a specific mum to be range but I wanted to check on these products specifically as they are my favourites.

    Many thanks.

    Anita

      Hi Anita,

You’ll be pleased to know that all of these products are fine to use whilst pregnant. Enjoy!

I know I am just repeating what others hve said, but i also expereinced severe buring to hands and legs and had to have another shower. I am also 40 weeks pregnant and panicked thinking my waters wre going to break lol lol. Lovely smell to product though. I also do not believe that some are just ‘senitive to product’ I believe the product may be too strong. I have used products containig same igredients but never had sme effect. Got loads for xmas now not sure what to do with it all.

Hi I have just purchased a product for my mother and wondered if any-one else has suffered the same signs and symptoms as she has after applying a skin body lotion, looking at the comments above I consider this not to be a one off situation?.
The reply from yourself stating that it might be the ginger extract feeding and helping the blood flow is to be honest a joke, I work in medicine and have never used ginger to help the blood flow?.
I would consider you put a health warning on your products before someone has a serious reaction ? my mother is 75years of age and is still burning 8 hours after using your product.
I would be honoured if one of your team would reply to me in conjunction with this incident.

Hi have just used sanctuary body lotion after receiving it as a gift for christmas , unfortunately I also experienced the same really unpleasant burning sensation after use , don’t usually have sensitive skin or allergies to anything ! But the experience was really unpleasant and a really severe burning sensation which lasted a long time even after re showering !
