Trim & Tone for Summer with The Sanctuary…

Want to look amazing in your bikini this Summer? Why not try our Trim & Tone Wrap? Featured on ITV’s This Morning in December, with a massive 19cm combined loss (waist, arms and thighs) this Sanctuary product is definitely on my list of favourites!

I last used mine for a friend’s birthday (much needed after the excesses of Christmas) and saw 2cm loss from each arm alone, and my skin appeared to be looking a lot smoother and healthier. I couldn’t believe it when my friends asked if I’d lost weight. This is definitely a product I’ll be relying on more and more, when I’m just having one of those days or have a big night out ahead and no time to visit the spa. For £24.99 and something that only takes an hour it is definitely worth it!

Check out it’s latest feature in the Daily Mirror, which recommends the product for flawless legs (I also recommend the Xen Tan to the right to go with it).

So there you have it… the answer to all your prayers this Summer!

The countdown to Louise’s Big Day!

Months to go until the big day: Just over 4

Wedding Status: I went to one of my old school friend’s wedding at the weekend, which was so much fun – now I’m really in the mood for my own big day! Florist is booked (although severely over budget!) next thing on the list is to choose food and drinks – looking forward to the menu tasting!

Fitness Regime: Easter has slightly impeded my momentum on the fitness front, but after a bit of over-indulgence I’m back to salads and lots of chicken!  Back to the Gym.

Skincare Issues: Significant improvement.

Beauty Regime: MD Formulations everyday and my third MD Glycolic Peeling Facial.

Finally a breakthrough! My skin has definitely turned a corner and generally is smoother and with minimal break outs. It feels just so much more comfortable, it feels hydrated and feels healthier overall.

I had my third Peel with Lizzie, she left it on for a bit longer this time as my skin is getting used to the process. Luckily there was also less extraction to do after the peel which means my skin must be starting to behave itself! As I didn’t suffer anywhere near the level of breakout after the last peel I need to have another one in a weeks time and then I can go down to every 2 weeks.

I’m really getting on with the MD products as well, I have to say they have really made a difference. If I do suffer a breakout the serum calms it right down very quickly and things seem to heal much quicker.

Overall, a really positive few weeks, I don’t expect things to go completely smoothly but now I feel there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Ultimate Girly get together

Check out our latest review from Spa Finder’s Cassandra Cavanah, who visited The Spa last week celebrating her best friend’s birthday.

Writing on The Spa Finder website, she quotes ‘Anyone who’s been there will know that The Sanctuary is a perfect place for a girlie get-together – whether it’s a big bash in the evening for a hen party, a low-key mum-daughter spa day or just a few friends looking to chill out.’

You can’t get much better than the opinion of a Spa Expert, especially one who is already planning her next visit!

Even more of an excuse to get booking…we are currently offering a complementary glass of Pink Prosecco to all Groups who pre-book any 50 or 85 minute treatments.

So why not take a look at our brilliant Spa offers and arrange your very own ‘girly’ get together?!
