The lovely Rachel visited the spa with her mum and had a great day being pampered with our luxurious treatments and lush spa facilities.

Whilst we love to have celeb’s visit our spa, all our guests receive the VIP treatment. 93% of our January guests stated they were more than satisfied with their visit, 91% were impressed with the quality of their treatments and 92% were impressed with the quality of the spa’s facilities. The spa team strive to ensure that every guest that passes the glass doors, leaves feeling as though they’ve had the most special day possible.
The spa has undergone a lot of changes over the last year and has recently just had the lounge refurbished so if you haven’t visited for a while, get yourself booked in and check it out for yourself.

We are always shouting about the loveliness (not that we’re biased) of the spa but now you to can view inside without even leaving the house.
The spa recently went under a make over so those of you who haven’t visited for a while will now be able to see the transformation. You can also show your other half what he’s been missing and hint that you’d like to go again at the same time!
Providing more facilities than any other London spa, you can lose yourself for a day (or evening), ignoring the mobile phone, kids and all the other daily chores to simply gossip with friends or catch up on that all important me time. Now what can be better than that?

Well our Spa in the City tour is finally over (yes we’re sad too). We’ve visited 7 cities in total, our therapists have performed 705 beauty treatments, we’ve given away 36,000 mini Body Butter samples and copious amounts of Champagne to women (and some men) across the country.
We’ve met both new and old fans of the brand and have loved each and every second and hope you have too! Many of you had already heard of The Sanctuary through our products sold in Boots, however many of you weren’t aware that we had a spa in London which is where the inspiration for many of our products come from, so it was great to show you a little of the spa experience by taking it on tour so you can see for yourselves what The Sanctuary is all about.
Lots of you have contacted us to say how disappointed you were that we couldn’t reach your city, in answer to this we truly under estimated just how popular the tour was going to be and just how much you all love The Sanctuary so with this in mind there are talks (from the big chiefs) of doing another tour next year so just watch this space as we may be at a city near you in 2009!

Saturday 13th September
Bristol was the first venue in our 30th anniversary Sanctuary Spa experience “Spa in the City” tour and you were enthusiastic about taking up the offer to sample our luxurious product range and deservedly pamper yourselves!
We had a fantastic site for the elegant dome structure with its individual, secluded treatment pods right in front of the entrance to the Cribbs Causeway shopping centre. We gave away almost 4,000 samples and as many leaflets and the testing zone inside the dome was extremely popular. You seemed to love the opportunity to try our products. Treatments were very popular – Bristol’s favourite seemed to be the luxurious skin brightening facial – with over 78 pre-booked appointments during the day and dozens of Walk-In bookings on the day. In fact we could have booked up the Walk-In appointments several times over!
70% of our Bristol visitors knew our name and 80% used our products, but most useful appeared to be the information on our new ranges and the 3 for 2 offers currently available. The fact that we provided a relaxing and welcome haven from the bustle of a shopping day – giving you the time to focus on you for a change –also seemed to be welcomed!
We were at the Briggate in Leeds yesterday, and that too went amazingly well. You can catch us at the Metro Centre in Newcastle tomorrow (18th September). Other dates planned include:
