We are looking for a Hostess to work in both our Sleep Retreat and the Koi Carp lounge area. You will carry out familiarisation tours of the spa and keep the lounge areas tidy. You will need to enjoy working with people and be a good communicator, as well as having a smart appearance and a caring approach. Previous guest service experience is desirable. Flexibility is essential as you will be working a shift rota pattern.

We require Retail Assistant’s to provide advice and excellent customer service to all our guests. You will be set targets which you will be expected to reach and exceed so previous experience of retail would be an advantage. Massage Therapists

You will be part of a motivated and highly trained team providing a wide range of treatments, many of them using The Sanctuary’s own range. You will need to be a minimum of NVQ Level III qualified, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent. High standards are required, not only in technical skills, but in personal presentation and the way you communicate with guests. Our reputation is built on outstanding service as well as quality treatments and so you will need to be dedicated and committed to your profession to join the team. (28 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends).

We are looking for responsible individuals to supervise our Reception Team. Working alongside our Reception Manager, you will assist in introducing new systems and efficient working methods so as to ensure reception operates successfully for the benefit of all our guests. You will motivate the Reception Team who work towards a common goal of excellent customer care and you will also enjoy working with both our guests and staff.
