How to Book
Once you have decided on the date and any treatment requirements, simply call the Reservations Team on 0870 770 3350 where one of our friendly agents will plan your day for you, confirming arrival, departure times and the availability of your requested treatments.
Online Request
Alternatively, have one of the Reservations Team call you. Fill out the online Contact Request Form and an agent will contact you.
Gift Voucher Holders
If you have a Sanctuary Spa Gift Voucher, have this ready when you call to make your booking. The agent will request the Gift Voucher name and barcode number.
Lunch Reservations
Due to the popularity of some lunch times, The Sanctuary would always recommend you pre-book any particular lunch time slots you wish for, prior to your arrival. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability, however The Sanctuary always strives to meet the requirements of its guests.
An alternative menu is also available in both the Koi Carp relaxation area and the Lounge which does not require prior reservation booking.

To avoid disappointment on the day, The Sanctuary recommends you pre-book any treatment requirements. Although the bookings team will always do their best to accommodate your requirements, treatments are subject to availability.
