How to Spa
Because we want your time at The Sanctuary to be stress-free and for you to know completely what your day entails, the following information has been put together to allow you full relaxation and enjoyment for the day ahead.
How to plan your visit
Once you have decided on the date of your day or evening visit, simply call the Reservation Team where one of our friendly agents will take you through any lunch and treatment requirements. To avoid disappointment The Sanctuary recommends you have more than one date in mind as your first choice may not be available.
Due to popularity, Saturdays tend to require a four to six week advance booking.
What is provided?
Each guest is provided with a bath robe and soft, white fluffy towels, and a complimentary tote bag in which to carry necessary personal, non-valuable items.
Showers are provided with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, whilst the changing rooms are equipped with endless supplies of cotton wool, cleansers, moisturisers and body lotion. Hairdryers are also provided and there are electrical facilities for your own hot brushes or hair straightners.
What to bring with you
A swimsuit or bikini
For use in the pool and relaxing in and around the spa.
Footwear
Flip flops are required for walking around the spa.
Gift Vouchers and Reference Number
Please bring along any Gift Vouchers that are required for your booking. You will need to hand these in on arrival.
If you do forget to bring the voucher with you on the day of your visit, the credit card used to secure the booking will be charged and provided you produce the voucher within seven days of your visit, the card will be refunded.
Please also bring along your Booking Reference number which should be supplied on your confirmation letter. You will be required to let your check-in agent know this.
Hair styling products
You may wish to bring your own hair styling products as these are not provided.

That favourite book you can't put down or haven't had time to finish. Alternatively, you may with to read through some of the various magazines the spa has dotted around.
