Manicures

As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to for both single treatments and spa days. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so not to inconvenience other guests. Please allow plenty of time to get to your treatment waiting lounge where you can relax before the treatment ahead and your therapist will come and greet you.

On completion of the treatment, your therapist will leave you to re-awaken to the world. Your therapist will then advise you on any homecare advice she believes will enhance the benefits of your treatment.

Please see below for useful tips and advice on the Anti-Ageing Hand Rescue treatment:

• This treatment is carried out in a shared treatment area

• Includes an anti ageing exfoliation and mask for the hands.

• Please allow time after your manicure for your polish to dry before having your next treatment.  All Hammam Rasul, heat and water treatments/facilities should be avoided for the next 2 hours to avoid smudging or bubbling of polish.

• This treatment includes the midi Jessica Nail Polish used during your treatment to take home.

The Sanctuary recommends guests who suffer from the following conditions do not have the Anti-Ageing Hand Rescue treatment.

• Any fungal skin/nail  infections
• Any open wounds or cuts
• Severe skin conditions/Sensitive skins/eczema/dermatitis/ psoriasis in the active stage
• Diabetes must be made known due to the lack of skin sensitivity
• Sun burned skin
• Currently or recently been taking roaccutane or other skin thinning medications (no exfoliation)
• Allergy to almond oil - manicure can still be carried out without the phenomen oil on the cuticles.
• Warts,Veruccaes or athletes' foot
• Broken bones

All treatments are subject to a completed medical questionnaire at the spa. If you have any questions or discover you have any of the above after making your booking, please call our Reservations team who will be happy to arrange alternative treatments if necessary.

• Anti-Ageing Intensive Hand Mask
• Anti-Ageing Hand Crème SPF15
