What kind of results can I expect?

All Chemical Peels are designed to remove the very top layer of dead surface skin and some deeper peels will start to rejuvenate deeper skin. Are medical chemical peels right for me?

Medical Chemical Peels are fine for most people but should be avoided if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Open, wounds, sunburn, active herpes, recent plastic surgery or waxing are also contra-indicated as is treatment with Roaccutane for Acne.

What to expect during your medical chemical peel treatment

All types of skin peels involve thorough skin cleansing followed by the peeling solution being applied to the skin. The solution is then removed. It will feel tingly and there may be redness and itchiness. A peel takes about 15-30 minutes and you should notice that your skin looks smoother, brighter and more even with less fine wrinkles.
