The Sanctuary will endeavour to despatch all gift voucher and product orders on the same day if the order is placed before 1pm. This only applies on normal business days, i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

*All Gift Vouchers are despatched via Royal Mail Postage £2.50 or recorded delivery, except the ‘Sheer Luxury’ package. This voucher is despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery £7.50. Products are included within this voucher at the point of despatch.

BFPO - If you are sending ANY items to a serving member of the armed forces, there is a fixed cost of £7.93 to anywhere in the world (including UK).

Gift Voucher Delivery Information

  1. Delivery times quoted are reliant on Royal Mail.
  2. All our gift vouchers are despatched via Royal Mail Postage with the exception of Sheer Luxury. This voucher contains products upon despatch and are therefore sent special delivery at all times.
  3. All purchasers have the option to choose Special Delivery for all gift vouchers allowing a guaranteed next day delivery (working days only)./li>
  4. All gift vouchers can be posted through most letterboxes with the exception of Sheer Luxury. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, a card will be left advising of the attempted delivery, a further delivery can be arranged or alternatively collection via the nearest depot.
  5. Items sent via Recorded Delivery must be signed for by the recipient. Once signed for, if receipt is disputed Royal Mail can provide date/time and copy of signature. Items cannot be traced until delivered.
  6. For non-collected vouchers via Royal Mail Depots, these will be returned to The Sanctuary after a three-week period.
  7. Vouchers can only be posted to recipients within the UK and Northern Ireland; customers would need to call the reservation department, to override this facility.
  8. For orders of 10 or more vouchers to the same delivery address, despatch will be via Special Delivery at a charge of £7.50. Delivery would be received within one working day before 1pm. All goods need to be signed for; therefore customers may need to change the address to a work address. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver a card would be left advising of the attempted delivery, a further delivery can be arranged or collection via the nearest depot.
  9. Sheer Luxury is despatched via Special Delivery at the fixed price of £7.50. Delivery would be received within one working day before 1pm. All goods need to be signed for; therefore customers may need to change the address to a work address.

  11. Whilst every effort is upheld to ensure all order alterations are carried through, The sanctuary can not guarantee alterations are received before the order is processed and dispatched.

Gift Voucher Packaging

  1. All gift vouchers are presented in a printed A5 folder and include The Sanctuary brochure and loyalty card.
  2. All gift vouchers are posted using a plain white envelope, except Sheer Luxury.
  3. Sheer Luxury is presented in a large white Sanctuary gift box. The gift voucher is presented in a printed A5 folder and include The Sanctuary brochure and loyalty card.

Sanctuary Spa Product Delivery Information

  1. All product orders under the value of £25 are despatched via Royal Mail Postage at £3.30, unless recipient has chosen recorded or special delivery.
  2. All product orders between the value of £25 and £65 are despatched via Royal Mail Postage at £4.30, unless recipient has chosen recorded or special delivery.
  3. All product orders over the value of £65 are despatched via Special Delivery at £7.50.
  4. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver a card will be left advising of attempted delivery, a further delivery can be arranged or collection via the nearest depot.
