How to Book

Once you have decided on your choice of treatments, simply call the Sanctuary Spa Richmond on 020 8334 9999 where one of our team will be more than happy to help book your treatment and answer any questions you may have.

Most of our cutting-edge treatments have a cumulative effect, so we recommend booking a course of 6-12 treatments, either weekly or fortnightly to ensure you achieve maximum, long-term results.

When you book any five of the same treatment in a course we will gift you with the 6th treatment free. Our Skin Spa therapist team will advise you on the best course and treatment plan according to your individual requirements.

Please note we require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule all appointments. Where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. If a gift voucher has been used to secure the booking, please note that we will adjust the value of the voucher to show the cancellation/no show charges.
