“What I liked most (apart from it being a luxurious, indulgent pampering experience of course) was how well the facialist and manicurist worked together and in such harmony. When the facialist touched my face, simultaneously the manicurist touched my hands. When the exfoliating cream was applied to my face, the manicurist was applying the same type of texture to my hands and arms. Again, as the facialist massaged my face, the manicurist massaged my arms. To round it off, they both finished at exactly the same time and took their hands off my face and hands at exactly the same time – that really impressed me - how well thought out and synchronised the whole experience was.”

The new Luxury Essentials treatment was fabulous - having one person doing my facial while another did my manicure made me feel like a celebrity! I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Also loved the Low Wave Therapy Beds in the Sleep Retreat - they really did transport me to another place. I will be highly recommending The Sanctuary to anyone I meet.”
