For every woman there is a Sanctuary, a space that’s just yours to relax and renew. We believe in giving you this time and have been doing so for over 30 years since our original Day Spa opened in London's Covent Garden.
Sanctuary Spa, Covent Garden was originally designed as a place for the female dancers of The Royal Opera House to relax and unwind, but as times have changed, so has the Sanctuary. Today, most women who enter our spas are not dancers, but women who recognise that they deserve some time and pampering for themselves.
It's simple. If you feel good about your body, you feel better about yourself and the world around you. Women who take care of themselves have an inner glow that shows on their faces and in the way that they carry themselves. Sanctuary Spa is about providing the time, choice and expertise for women of all ages to renew that glow. Our therapists are on hand to give advice to all our guests and will tailor treatments according to age and need, following a personal consultation. We aim to bring the very best treatments to you, from a trusted, branded spa.
Sanctuary Spa has expanded and modernised since the early days. Our Covent Garden flagship spa has new pools, beautiful relaxation areas, an Á la Carte restaurant and dozens of treatment rooms. We have also bought our treatments to the high street, with the opening of our Boutique Spas. But some things haven't changed. Sanctuary Spa is still run for women by women, and our powerful treatments and spa days are still designed to relax, replenish and breathe new vitality into all our guests.
