Warming Body Oils

Vetivert- known to calm the mind.

Cedarwood- promotes a sense of clarity.

Labdanum- helps provide gentle relaxation.

Place an unopened tube in a cup of warm water from the tap for 3-5 minutes to heat the oil. Snap off the breakable tip and massage the warm oil into skin. Use one tube for an all over body moisturisation treatment. Alternatively, pour the oil into your bath and allow the essential oils to relax you whilst the oil provides extra moisture for your skin.

Using fingertips, knead into your shoulders from back towards collar bone to help soothe and relieve tension.                                                        
Layer with Cocooning Body Butter for an intensive treatment - apply the oil then butter to seal in.
