Warming Charcoal Detox Mask

Essential Oil of Myrrh
Soothes & softens and helps to stimulate cell regeneration. Also aids circulation and acts like a preservative, antiseptic and to reduce inflammation of the skin.

Kaolin Clay
Draws out impurities. An oil absorbing powder that helps to cleanse the skin.

Skin is purified, feels soothed and refreshingly clean.

Smooth a thin layer over wet clean skin on the face and neck and leave for 5 minutes as the mask heats and cools. Remove with tepid water or a damp facial sponge.

Having tried a wide variety of face masks for different purposes I have to admit that this warming charcoal mask is one of the best. As I am a combination-oily skin type I regularly have to re-balance my skin through exfoliation and masks. This detox mask is BRILLIANT for a once-a-week (or as needed) treatment to:
- refresh and renew skin without the harshness of exfoliation;
- cleanse and purify skin, penetrating pores and clarifying blemishes without over-drying;
- restore a balanced skin type (i.e. extracting excess oils, hydrating drier areas, refining pores).
Afterwards, your skin feels thoroughly detoxed without feeling too tight or dry.
TIP: Cleanse face first with cold water, pat dry, then apply mask with fingers to damp skin, the heat produced by the mask will feel great!
